Originally from Newport Beach, California, I consider myself a global nomad. I started practicing yoga in 2005, hoping to feel the the ‘yoga glow’ I had heard about. I did not, but I continued to practice anyway. Fast forward, yoga improved my life beyond what I could have imagined. Today I am an international yoga instructor. My favorite benefit to practicing (and there are many) is alleviating anxiety. I earned my 200HR YTT on Maui and went on to complete an additional 100HRS of RYT certification in Yin and Yoga Anatomy. I am continually developing my understanding of yogic philosophy through the practice of asana, meditation, and self-study. My Vinyasa teaching style incorporates emphasis on alignment and the breath while flowing to music. My lifestyle is a balance of all things health and wellness. I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

I believe we can all live happy, healthy lives, but sometimes we need a little help on our path. Hope to see you on the mat!
