Originally from Newport Beach, California, I have been a nomad for many years living in lots of different countries. I became a student of yoga almost fifteen years ago. When I first started practicing, I did not feel the allure the everyone talked about but I continued to practice anyway. Fast forward, yoga has changed my life. My favorite benefit to practicing is alleviating anxiety. I love sharing my enthusiasm for yoga with others. I received my teacher training on Maui and I am continually developing my understanding of yogic philosophy through the practice of asana, meditation, and self-study. My classes focus on breathwork, both Vinyasa and Yin.
The motivation to become a health coach was a product of my personal experience. I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and an advocate for eating clean foods, exercise and strengthening spiritual connection.
