Originally from Newport Beach, California, I have lived abroad for many years and consider myself a nomad. I became a student of yoga almost fifteen years ago. When I first started practicing yoga, I was unimpressed. I did not feel the allure the everyone talked about but I continued to practice. Fast forward, yoga has changed my life. My favorite benefit is getting rid of anxiety. It is an honor to be able to share my knowledge with others. I received my 200 HR RYT and Yoga Anatomy 20HR training on Maui. I am continually developing my understanding of yogic philosophy through the practice of asana, meditation, and self-study. My classes focus on a vinyasa flow with emphasis on breathwork.


The motivation to become a health coach was a product of my personal experience. As I entered my forties I became increasingly tired. I turned to traditional medicine to find out what was “wrong” and the answer I was given… aging. I thought, no way! can this be true. Thankfully, I was dedicated to my journey of self-discovery. I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and an advocate for eating clean foods, exercise and strengthening spiritual connection.
