Originally from Newport Beach, California, I have been a nomad for many years living in different countries. I became a student of yoga almost seventeen years ago. When I first started practicing, I did not feel the bliss that everyone talked about but I continued to go to classes anyway. Fast forward, yoga has changed my life and I understand the magical allure those before me shared enthusiastically. My favorite benefit to practicing is alleviating anxiety. 

I received my teacher training on Maui and I am continually developing my understanding of yogic philosophy through the practice of asana, meditation, and continuing education. My classes are alignment based with emphasis on the breath in both Vinyasa and Restorative.


The motivation to become a health coach was a result of my personal experience. I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I am an advocate for eating clean foods, exercise and strengthening spiritual connection.
